"We wanted to share an opportunity with the kids in the juvenile detention center and also consider forwarding this information to anyone/group that you believe would be interested.

We have a chance to spark motivation amongst this age group and demographic. We want to present Bryan Sobolewski to speak at your facility and others across the DFW area. His incredible life story captures the teenagers attention like no other story you’ve heard. He has spoken at schools all over the New England area, Florida and Colorado and the response was overwhelming. He was regularly speaking at 16 high schools for years. Now that he is settled in Dallas, we have the opportunity to use him for the same purpose in our community.

Hearing directly from someone who has overcome major challenges and is determined to transform his painful and tragic past into something meaningful and that may leave a positive lasting impact. It’s one thing for students to read about success, but it’s another to meet someone in person who shows that dreams can become true with education and the right influences and support. He inspires students to think bigger, stay engaged in learning, and help them realize that the choices they make will determine how bright or grim they want their futures to be.

🚨 BIG NEWS from our team! 🚨

We’re excited to announce that we’ve officially acquired a new clinic on Wilmeth Rd. in McKinney, as part of our long-term vision to grow and serve even more individuals and families. 💚

🧩 Early Intervention services will begin transitioning to the new McKinney location on December 1st.
🧩 A state-of-the-art Crisis Center is in the works and on track to open January 2027.
🧩 Until then, we’ll continue operating both locations to ensure a smooth and supported transition.

None of this would be possible without our incredible team. 🙌

We are so excited to shine a light on some of our incredible team members who make such a difference every day:

Kevin – Our new Director of Operations! Brand new to both the team and the ABA field, but you’d never know it. He’s jumped in with no hesitation and is already doing beautifully.

Jaz – A wonderful new addition to our crisis team! She has already built such strong rapport with her caseload and brings so much care and dedication to her work.

Sierra – Over in H Hall, Sierra has been such a bright and positive addition. She works beautifully with her department, and all the kiddos absolutely adore her.

Eriana – Brand new but already making a huge impact! Eriana brings such a bright attitude and connects so naturally with all of her students.

Rachel – Sweet, caring, and committed! Rachel continues to open up and expand her caseload while building amazing connections with her students.

Gio – Over in ECI, Gio has been an absolute game-changer for our kiddos. He’s loved by all and brings so much heart and energy to the team.

Behavior Network was founded on the principle of providing effective evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices for individuals across the lifespan from children to adults. Our clients typically come to us with severe behaviors; they may have a diagnosis that includes Autism, Aspergers, Intellectual Disability or Mental Illness. We recognize that it is challenging to navigate behavioral health services alone; that is why we specialize in working with individuals and their families in forming collaborative relationships with local agencies and professionals that will meet your unique needs.
