Today we want to recognize Sarah, our amazing Facilities Director, who has been part of the BN family for over 8 years!

Sarah has served in many roles during her time with us, and today she keeps our clinic running behind the scenes in countless ways. From IT support to housekeeping, keeping the building looking great (and even taking care of the plants outside!), Sarah makes sure everything is in place so our team can focus on serving our clients.

She also works hard to ensure our staff always have the materials and resources they need to do their best work.

The days can be long and challenging, but you would never know it when talking to Sarah. She shows up every day with a smile, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help wherever she’s needed.

We’re proud to recognize Taylor Bain, Director of Clinical Programs, for her incredible leadership and dedication to the families we serve.

Taylor joined our team in September 2015, and over the past decade she has played an instrumental role in shaping and strengthening our clinical programs. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Director, Taylor leads with compassion, clinical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to quality care for every child and family.

Her tenure reflects not only her expertise, but also her loyalty, heart, and belief in our mission. We are so grateful for the impact she continues to make each and every day.

This year, we are beyond excited to celebrate Maggie’s 11-year anniversary with Behavior Network! 💚

Maggie has been with us almost since the very beginning, and to say she has been instrumental in our journey would be an understatement. Over the past decade, she has poured her heart into the children and families we serve, consistently going above and beyond to make meaningful change in their lives.

Maggie isn’t just part of our team, she’s family. Her dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to doing what’s best for kids is something we can never fully put into words.

One of my favorite things about Maggie is that she’s always dreaming big, constantly bringing new ideas to the table and looking for ways we can grow so we can serve even more children who deserve quality support.
