Celebrate the power of movement, connection, and fun! Join us for a week of inspiring activities designed to keep mind and body strong:

Monday: Park + Picnic Workout at Bonnie Wenk – 9 am

Tuesday: Sunrise Stretch & Relax by the Lake – 8:15 am

Wednesday: FUN FIT Games – 1 pm

Thursday: Golden Zumba with Rachel Hall – 9 am

Friday: Freaky Friday Strength & Balance (wear something Halloween-ish!) – 9 am

Touchmark at Emerald Lake is the newest community to join 14 Touchmark locations serving more than 3,500 residents. Nestled in the heart of McKinney, Texas, we will offer a unique lifestyle for adults ages 55+ on 80 acres of beautiful rolling hills and cedar trees.

Residents will enjoy inspired living at our Lake House cottages and Casita Villas or apartment homes for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. An on-site boutique-style Health & Fitness Club will include state-of-the-art equipment, group fitness classes, small group training, and one-on-one training, with memberships available to the public ages 50 and over.
