A full body massage with moderate to deep pressure. This therapeutic massage uses strategic strokes to increase circulation, release muscle tension and remove lactic acid. Your therapist will address areas of concern using a combination of trigger point therapy, stretching, sports massage or a variety of other modalities to relieve strain, stress and inflammation. A full body massage with light to moderate pressure. This classic stress-relieving massage utilizes long, flowing strokes to reduce tension, increase circulation and induce relaxation. Great to unwind or as an introductory massage. SPORTS MASSAGE 1hr - 70.00 1 1/2 - 90.00 2hr. 120.00
Sports Massage can be characterized two ways: pre-activity and post-activity massage. Pre-activity uses dynamic stretching to allow the connective tissue to work through a full range of motion thereby reducing possible injury. Post-activity massage focuses on recovering the muscle tissue that may have been impacted doing the particular sport. It involves long strokes to flush out the toxins that causes soreness in the muscles and joints. ADD ON: Aromatherapy 10.00,
