Having trouble going to the gym? Don't let location stop your life. Working out can be something done at home. Just walking up and down a flight of stairs can work out your whole body! Yoga can be done in any room of the house (as long as you move the furniture out of your way)! And if you need some weights but are low on cash, use some household items instead, like shampoo bottles or cans of soup. Just a few moments of effort each day can do a lot of good for you overtime!
