The most common mistake we see people make is sacrificing form for heavier weights. While it might feel like you're pushing harder, you're actually doing yourself a disservice.

How to Prioritize and Assess Your Form:
- Start Light: Always begin with a weight where you can comfortably perform the exercise with perfect technique. Don't let ego dictate your weight choice.
- Slow Down: Avoid rushing through reps. Focus on the peak muscle contraction.
- Watch Yourself: Use mirrors if available, or record yourself with your phone! You'd be surprised what you notice when you review your own movements.
