Study Shows Improved Sleep for Postpartum Women Receiving Reflexology

There’s a 2007 study where 65 postpartum women suffering from poor sleep quality received almost identical treatment plans to help improve their sleep. The exception being that one group received an additional treatment: a 30-minute reflexology session every evening for 5 days.

The researchers concluded that the group receiving the reflexology sessions significantly improved the quality of sleep.
