We are a local, private duty home care agency providing non-medical home care services. Paragon Home Care is a licensed, bonded, and insured home care provider serving Northern Virginia families. We are an independent, family owned small business. Our core values are summed up in three words: service, respect, and compassion and our goal is simple: to be the extended-family caregiver of choice for the communities we serve. We work hard to find caregivers who share these values and care for their clients as they would their own family members.

Thank you Sunrise of McLean Village for inviting us to your 2nd annual holiday reception and toy drive. 🐻❤🌟 The program is run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve that collects new, unwrapped toys to give to less fortunate children at Christmas. We are honored to be apart of it. 💝

Anita has spend more than 25 years helping seniors and their families live with comfort, dignity, and joy. She most recently served as Executive Director of Insight Memory Care Center, where she led with compassion and innovation - earning the 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 from LeadingAge Virginia for her outstanding leadership.

At Paragon Home Care, Anita will guide our efforts to provide even more personalized, egnaging support for the clients and families we serve. Anita will also be developing and launching a 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 to provide a customized, person-centered care for those families facing memory challenges. Her warmth, experience, and passionmake her the perfect addition to our team.

Welcome to Paragon Home Care, Northern Virginia's premier senior care provider. We are a local, private duty home care agency providing non-medical home care services to assist with the activities of daily living.

We provide live-in care and hourly shifts, including short-shifts with no minimum requirements. We also provide PRN service for those residents who just want to have us ready to assist on an as-needed basis.

Our primary goal is to attract the best team of caregivers who view the caring for seniors as a calling and not just as a ‘job’. This shared approach to excellence has made us a trusted partner in our community, including many local facilities who call on us when their residents need assistance.
