We are a local, private duty home care agency providing non-medical home care services. Paragon Home Care is a licensed, bonded, and insured home care provider serving Northern Virginia families. We are an independent, family owned small business. Congratulations to our amazing caregivers who completed the Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Seminar (ADDC)! This is essential for individuals seeking certification as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and qualify for CDP Certification. During the course, all participants acquire knowledge about Dementia, learn how to enhance the quality of life of Dementia patients, and more!

Last week, administrators from our agency had the opportunity to join other industry partners around the U.S. in showcasing our newest client safety tool: .ai

This innovative, audio-based technology allows us to stay informed about potential falls, calls for help, and more—without the need for wearables or constant battery changes.

Every client receives one in their home, and we also offer this option for individuals who may not yet be ready for full home care.

Our Community Engagement Director Anita Irvin attended the American Case Management Association conference in Richmond. She connected with so many dedicated case management professionals who work tirelessly to support patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

Case Managers play such a critical role in coordinating care, advocating for patients, and ensuring individuals receive the support they need across the continuum of care. Paragon Home Care & Paragon Assisted Living are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with professionals who share the same commitments to compassionate, person-centered care.

Welcome to Paragon Home Care, Northern Virginia's premier senior care provider. We are a local, private duty home care agency providing non-medical home care services to assist with the activities of daily living.

We provide live-in care and hourly shifts, including short-shifts with no minimum requirements. We also provide PRN service for those residents who just want to have us ready to assist on an as-needed basis.

Our primary goal is to attract the best team of caregivers who view the caring for seniors as a calling and not just as a ‘job’. This shared approach to excellence has made us a trusted partner in our community, including many local facilities who call on us when their residents need assistance.
