Swings for Sam is back! And better than ever!

We are doing it even bigger in support of Sam this year🔥

We will of course be doing the same kettlebell swing format as last year (see more below) but now we have built an entire morning of fun around them!

has been gracious enough to donate their space to us for the morning to run this awesome event.

For only $25 dollars you get tons of perks and of course 100% of that ticket purchase goes to support Sam:

-Free Flow Yoga class
-5 raffle tickets for prizes
-& More!

On top of that we will have tons of other ways to donate include raffle prizes from amazing local companies, pledging money to an athlete swinging and then Sam’s Gofundme will be readily available.

The Swings for Sam kettlebell fundraiser portion is the main event! Athletes will gather donors to pledge a $ amount per swing they do. Then the day of the event they will swing as many times as possible in 60 seconds. The donors will then donate the corresponding amount directly to Sam’s GofundMe!

Why are we always at community events? 🤷

It’s not just because we want to try to get more patients and meet you guys.. (although we love that)

It’s to help educate the public on what physical therapy even is! ✅

There are so many people out there who have had a bad experience with physical therapy and now say “physical therapy didn’t work for me so I’m not going back”

If you get a bad haircut, you don’t say I got a bad haircut, I’m never getting on again right?

No you go to a different barber to do a better job.

It is the same idea for physical therapy.

We feel we can give you a better product compared to what you’ve experienced before due to our doctors of physical therapy, 1 on 1 60 min sessions and the treatment model we have created.

If you are in pain but had a bad experience with PT before then come see us and get results!

What did you do today to get better?

At performance care we are HUGE believers in every day small steps in the right direction end up turning into huge jumps over time!

You do not always have to get in an hour workout and have a perfect diet…

Little decisions throughout the day, and just doing SOMETHING is better than nothing.

Pain is the perception of a threat, whether real or not. Avoiding pain at all cost is not always ideal, because this may increase our fear avoidance. Instead think of pain in the concept of traffic lights; green, yellow and red.
