The Lotus Experience

Helping you on your journey to spiritual, emotional, and physical wellness through energy healing, Akashic Records readings and messages from Spirit.

The lotus flower is a long recognized symbol of spiritual enlightenment due to its ability to rise out of the mud and blossom into a pristine flower. It is a powerful metaphor of how we can recognize and embrace our true higher Self amidst the daily distractions of the world around us. For many, this journey originates with a need for healing at the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual levels. Healing is always personal and experiential. We have to find what works for us and make it ours, recognizing that this may be different than what works for someone else. There’s no right or wrong way to heal; we heal at our own pace, when we're ready. The Lotus Experience is here to support your healing and wellness needs through Spiritual Healing sessions, Reiki sessions, and Akashic Records readings. There are moments when something inside you starts asking deeper questions — about purpose, repeating patterns, relationships, or what’s ready to shift next. The Akashic Records offer a way to explore those questions by accessing the energetic record of the soul, where insight, wisdom, Truth and perspective are held across lifetimes.

Through the Records, we can receive understanding about why certain themes are present now and what supports greater clarity, alignment, and forward movement. The Records help illuminate what’s unfolding beneath the surface and how to meet it with greater awareness.

If you’ve been feeling curious, reflective, or quietly called to understand yourself more deeply, this work may resonate. I’m always happy to answer questions or share more about how the Records are accessed and what a session looks like.

When you help someone else, you also help yourself by redirecting your energy to something positive, productive and worthwhile. Help a friend, family member, neighbor or someone you don't know yet. It's good energy that you're putting into the universe, and it will come back to you. Getting back what you put out into the world is called karma, and karma isn't just the bad energy we so often ascribe to it. It's also the good energy that comes back around. No one is exempt from this cycle.
