The cold weather and rain didn’t stop us from speaking with the fantastic faculty and staff at Bullis School early this morning. Outreach and education are of upmost importance within the mental health field, so we are incredibly thankful to work with such a receptive community. Thank you for having us!

It was a beautiful weekend here in the DC area. Our own Patrick Ryan, LPC, was able to attend his 20 year high school reunion at Gonzaga College High School. Patrick has remained close to his alma mater not only through his long-standing friendships, but also through his professional specialties and outreach. Time flies, but being a “Man for Others” is lifelong. 🦅💜

We are currently looking for a Virginia State Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) to practice both in-person and virtual therapy for the Duffy Counseling Center in McLean, VA. The Duffy Counseling Center focuses on the individual, group and family treatment of children, adolescents and adults.

Qualifications:

- A Virginia State License (LPC, LCSW or LMFT)

- At least three years experience as a practicing therapist.

Hours:

- Full time to include morning and evening hours and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in a safe and ethical manner.

- Collaborate with family members.

- Collaborate with other health care professionals working with mutual clients.

- Maintain medical record documentation.

- Maintain a positive and pleasant rapport with both clients and coworkers.

- Must be comfortable performing virtual therapy.

Pay:

- $90/ hour to start

- Duffy Counseling Center will provide Malpractice Insurance.
