Proud to have spoken to the James Madison High School football team on behalf of the Eric Monday Foundation for the second consecutive year. The Eric Monday Foundation aims to of mental health and build resources for young athletes to feel comfortable getting help when they need it. What an amazing group of athletes with a bright future and an incredible team on coaches and parents to help them along the way. Thank you!

The cold weather and rain didn’t stop us from speaking with the fantastic faculty and staff at Bullis School early this morning. Outreach and education are of upmost importance within the mental health field, so we are incredibly thankful to work with such a receptive community. Thank you for having us!

It was a beautiful weekend here in the DC area. Our own Patrick Ryan, LPC, was able to attend his 20 year high school reunion at Gonzaga College High School. Patrick has remained close to his alma mater not only through his long-standing friendships, but also through his professional specialties and outreach. Time flies, but being a “Man for Others” is lifelong. 🦅💜
