Flu Vaccines are now available. No appointment necessary. Come in Monday-Friday between 10am-4pm and get yours today! Most insurances cover flu vaccines 100%.

We also have the newest COVID vaccine and the RSV vaccine.

We now have the Moderna Bivalent booster dose available in addition to the Moderna primary series. COVID-19 vaccines are done on Tuesdays and Fridays 10am-4pm. No appointment necessary. Make sure to bring your insurance card and vaccine card. We also have Flu vaccines available. Flu vaccines are available Monday-Friday. Happy Fall!

Just a reminder the south side of the square will be closed today and tomorrow for resurfacing. The city is maintaining a lane for drive-through traffic and we have parking available behind the pharmacy.

York Pharmacy is now partnered with Bridge Diagnostics for COVID testing. Bridge offers simplified registration, next day PCR results if you test prior to 1PM, and is still available at no cost. Visit https://orders.bridgediagnostics.com/YORK to register.

We still offer rapid testing for $55 with results in 15 minutes and over the counter tests for you to take home for $30 for 2 tests.

We also still offer COVID vaccinations (including booster doses) on Tuesdays and Fridays 10am-4pm on a walk-in basis at NO cost. Call the day before you come to register and make sure to bring your vaccine and insurance card when you come.

We have been receiving several calls regarding our COVID-19 services. In order to help clarify, here is a list of our current services. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to call us at 618-643-3524.

RAPID TEST: (20 minutes for results)
Call the pharmacy directly to schedule Monday-Friday 10am-4pm
You may add on a rapid test if you are symptomatic and performing a PCR test at the same time or may schedule one without a PCR test if you are asymptomatic and are just needing one for screening purposes. Cost is $55

COVID-19 ANTIBODY TEST: (20 minutes for results)
Call the pharmacy directly to schedule Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. Cost is $40

We still offer our influenza tests for $45 and strep tests for $30 and our other vaccinations (tetanus, whooping cough, shingles, pneumonia, and will be beginning influenza again in a couple weeks) Monday-Friday 10am-4pm.

We have had several patients asking questions about the new Medicare-Medicaid Alignment Initiative (MMAI). Some area residents who are "Dual-Eligible" (meaning you qualify for both Medicare and some level of Medicaid) have received letters that look like the pictures below. These patients are being transitioned over to one of the 5 MMAI plans. If the patient does nothing they will randomly be enrolled into one of the 5 plans. The patient has until August 18, 2021 to select one of the 5 plans or opt out entirely and continue with their current plan. We have talked with other area medical providers and for most patients we recommend those that have received this letter opt out of the MMAI plans. In order to opt out you must call the highlighted number below. If you or a loved one have received a letter like this and still have questions please do not hesitate to call us at 618-643-3524. We try to stay proactive at York Pharmacy to reduce the chance of any disruption in care this transition may cause. Your health is always our top priority!

Thank you to everyone that shared our initial post and a big thank you to the McLeansboro Police Department and Hamilton County Sheriff's Office for a prompt late night visit last night. The issue has been resolved. We are thankful for such a supportive community and wish everyone a fun and safe weekend!
