My husband does this when he watches news casts. Very interesting. I do regularly get the jist after the first couple minutes, too, anyway. ;) 🀣🀣

No food three hours before bed.
No drinks two hours before bed.
No screens one hour before bed.

This is great advice. Will you start this practice?
I also found the recommended hours. Looks like I hit my target most of the time.
