Amy loves working with individuals to meet their unique needs and goals, and believes joining the Driver Rehab Services team feels like the perfect fit for her desire to help people. Amy’s healthcare focus is all about safety and building community, “Finding new ways for people to stay safe in their daily tasks is something I truly enjoy.”

When she’s not helping others, you’ll find her spending quality time with her husband and three kids, serving in her church, and enjoying chips & salsa with friends. Oh, and audiobooks are a must! 📚

Today is . For the millions living with diabetes, everyday activities can be challenging, but our team of occupational therapists are here to help! We support individuals with diabetes who’ve experienced changes in function regain their independence behind the wheel. Whether it’s assisting someone with diabetic retinopathy to use a bioptic lens for driving or teaching a person with a lower extremity amputation to drive with hand controls, we’re committed to making driving accessible and safe. We’re here to help find solutions that work for you!

We were happy to be a part of the Guilford County Exceptional Children's Fair on Thursday, April 11th! It was a great turnout with students attending from all over the county. They had lots of questions and were very engaging. It was a good and busy day!

On Wednesday (4/3) Emily and Cyndee taught the OTA students at Cabarrus Community College about the specialty practice of driver rehabilitation. Thank you Cabarrus College of Health Sciences for providing us the opportunity to speak at your institution! We enjoyed spending time with the students!
