Last week at Ashton, we were honored to welcome Mark Gogal to our facility for a two-day team-building workshop.

During our time with Mark, we learned more about one another—our unique strengths, the different ways we work, and how trust plays an essential role in building a strong team. These sessions gave us valuable insight into how we function together, helping us grow not only as coworkers but as a supportive family for our residents.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to invest in our team and look forward to putting these lessons into practice every day here at Ashton Health and Rehabilitation! 💙
