I am looking for a full-time dental hygienist. Our office is a single-doctor, private practice in McMinnville, OR. We work a steady pace and provide compassionate, quality care for our patients. We place high importance on our team being kind to our patients and helping each other as needed. My current hygienist, who has been with our practice nearly seven years, is moving to Montana and this is why I am looking for someone to replace her.
Our office has three operatories; the hygienist uses one and I use the other two. I have tried to keep her supplied with equipment and products that help her do her job well with few limitations. Her current armamentarium includes Hu-friedy scalers, a TurboSensor ultrasonic with Cavitron inserts, and an Ultrapro™ Tx Air-Hygiene Handpiece.

Job Type: Full-time. Usual patient care hours are M-Th, 8-4 with an hour for lunch.
I am open to being somewhat flexible with the hygienist's schedule. My current hygienist works 8-5 M,Tue, 7-4 W,Th (and 7-3 Th in the summers).
Pay: $50-$55/hour. Based on experience.
