So, why not focus on the good things that are happening to you.

Don't think good things are happening to you?

TRY THIS for 3 days and notice what happens!

1) Start a list in the notes app on your phone called "Good Things Happening to Me"

2) Jot down every good thing that happens like "I got a front row parking spot", "I snuggled my dog", "my coffee was really good this morning", "that boring meeting got canceled", "someone made me laugh" - every good thing big and small!
