With a background that spans both healthcare and entrepreneurship, Helen brings a rare depth of experience to senior care. She previously founded Milkies in 2007, growing it into a globally recognized brand known for high-quality, sustainably made products—while overseeing everything from branding and marketing to supply chain, budgeting, and partnerships.

Helen is also known for translating complex health research into accessible, real-world guidance, with her work featured by organizations like the American Pregnancy Association, Fox News, and more.

At the heart of everything she does is compassion, connection, and a belief that thoughtful care—and strong relationships—can truly change lives.
