We wanted to share an important heads-up we just learned about—thanks to a thoughtful call from a local business here in town (you know who you are…thank you for looking out!).

It’s come to our attention that someone has been impersonating our cleaning business and contacting other local businesses with fake estimate appointment requests. These scammers are sending emails with suspicious links and even following up with phone calls, trying to pressure people into clicking them.

🚨 Please know—this is NOT from us.
We would never cold call or email you asking you to click on a random link to view or confirm an estimate.

Here’s how we actually operate:

✨ We only schedule estimates through direct contact—either over the phone when you call us, through our official website, or in person. If we ever reach out to suggest a good fit for our services, it’ll be friendly, respectful, and likely involve an old-fashioned handshake. We don’t spam or pressure anyone.

💳 No financial info is ever requested over the phone or in email. We only use our secure payment portal when the time comes to book services.

🛑 If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Crissie’s Cleaning Services:
• Don’t click any links
• Don’t reply
• Don’t give out any personal or financial info
• If you were scammed, report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov

We’re sharing this to protect our community and help stop scammers in their tracks. If you have any questions or want to confirm whether a message really came from us, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly.

Hey there! Just a friendly reminder—your wooden cutting board deserves a little TLC! Keeping it clean is way easier than you think:

✨ Wash it well after each use—that’s the biggest step (mild soap like dawn)
🍋 Got stains? A little baking soda and lemon will do the trick.
🫧 Need a deep clean? Vinegar or hydrogen peroxide work wonders!

🫧 Mix 1 part hydrogen peroxide with 2 parts water to wipe down the drum, door, and gaskets.

🫧 Run an empty hot cycle with 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide in the drum (skip the detergent dispenser).

A fresh odor-free washer = cleaner clothes and abetter smelling laundry room.
