Three Year Anniversary
Wow, can you believe how quickly time flies by when you are doing something that you love? We are so grateful for all of the incredible clients that have made Altum Massage & Aesthetics possible! We love being a part of your self-care routine whether that be to relax with one of our signature esthetic services with Ximena or one of our signature massage services with Kelly. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this all possible. We've got so many ideas for where we want to take this business in the coming years and we look forward to continuing to provide the high quality service you've come to appreciate along the way!
Ximena is Back!
After the roller coaster of health struggles Ximena has had this year we wanted to take our time and ease her back into her esthetic services. Some of you may already be aware as she has been back for close to a month now but as an update to our previous email about her health she is doing much better and is ready and looking forward to serving all of your skin-care needs!
Streamlining Our Process: Transitioning to Digital Paperwork
We are excited to share some important updates regarding our efforts to enhance your experience at Altum Massage & Aesthetics. In an effort to streamline our paperwork and cut down on waste we will be moving away from traditional paper forms and adopting a digital paperwork system. This will bring time savings and mean no more filling out forms before your appointment, allowing you to focus on your relaxation and well being from the moment you step in our doors!
Here's what you can expect during this transition:
Email Notifications: Prior to your appointment you'll receive an email with a link to the digital forms. Simply follow the instructions to complete and submit. Once you've done that you won't have to submit another for at least two years unless we have a major health history change.
Secure and confidential: Your personal and medical information will be kept secure and confidential in compliance with privacy regulations.
Assistance Available: If you encounter any difficulties or have questions we will be able to assist. If you prefer to fill out a traditional paper form in office that will still be an option.
We believe this transition will enhance your overall experience with us. We are committed to making the process as seamless as possible, and we're confident that it will contribute to a more efficient and enjoyable visit.
Upcoming Pricing Adjustment
We have been faced with a tough reality in a number of ways over the past year as our cost of doing business continue to increase. Over the last year inflation has continued to affect our business despite our best efforts to hold out. We have seen our space rent go up dramatically as well as our supply costs. As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest quality of service and support towards ongoing improvements, we want to inform you of an upcoming pricing adjustment regarding massage services.
We are all about adding value to your services and truly believe we provide a unique offering unlike anywhere else. Currently every massage service includes a customized treatment tailored to what your body needs, essential oils, hot towels (back, neck, & feet), amenities in the room, and of course complimentary water. Moving forward we are going to change our massage services to include the addition of an add-on of your choosing or the massage therapists choosing at no additional cost.
Effective September 15th, 2023 we will be implementing slight changes to our massage services to ensure we can continue delivering the exceptional experience you have come to expect. This decision was not made lightly and we have taken great care to keep any increases as modest as possible while still allowing us to continue enhancing the services you've grown to love.
Here is an example on a few of the massage services - 60, 90, or 120 Minutes of Deep Tissue or Therapeutic Massage will change to be;
Altum Signature Massage (60 Minutes) $120
Altum Signature Massage (90 Minutes) $160
Altum Signature Massage (120 Minutes) $200
