Our Story

Parkland Village is a retirement community in McMinnville, Oregon offering 50 assisted living apartments and 22 independent living cottages. Situated in the center of the Willamette Valley, McMinnville is a neighborly city of about 34,000 residents located not too close – or too far from the bustle of Portland and Salem. Living in the heart of the Oregon wine country we are a hub for those who enjoy the laid back style of a small town with great taste. Resident’s at Parkland are treated like family.

We offer very adorable two-bedroom/two bathroom independent living cottages for those who like to live with the benefits of three meals a day served in our main dining room, but also like the independence of living in a home setting without additional assistance. These cottages have a full garage, lovely well-appointed kitchens, and spacious living areas. They do have emergency call buttons that ring in our main building.

For individuals that need a little more help with daily activities we also offer one-bedroom and studio assisted living apartments in our main building. These are available with variable levels of care including help with medications, assistance with daily activities, and close interaction with caregivers and nursing staff.
