Carbide workouts are FUN, Coach Led and Different each day. There is a unique social bond that forms when you join Carbide. Everyone is works together to accomplish pushing past their mental and/or physical barriers to help each other every step along the way. We have many people say that before they join Carbide they need to get in shape first. This is absolute rubbish! No matter the shape you′re in you will be challenged. In fact many athletes have found that the more fit you become the tougher the workouts are. The reason behind this is simple. In the beginning you are unsure of your limits and unsure of your goals. As you get faster and therefore fitter in the workouts you push that preconceived limit further and further.
