Job Opening: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Location: McMinnville, Cookeville, & Crossville
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Weekday and weekend shifts available

Job Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene, eating, and companionship

Support mobility inside and outside the home (doctor’s appointments, walks, errands, etc.)

Plan, prepare, and assist with meals as needed

Perform light housekeeping duties clients are unable to complete independently

Provide pleasant, supportive companionship in a one-on-one setting

Qualifications:

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification required

Enjoy working one-on-one and eager to learn and grow new skills

Knowledge of—or willingness to learn—housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care

Ability to follow health, safety, confidentiality, and company standards

Physically able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds

Demonstrated compassion, patience, and respect for all individuals
