It is scientifically proven that On average the time it takes to heal an injury in the body is 6 - 12 WEEKS. Up to a full year to get the area back to full mobility. Any pain beyond that is probably not even related to the original injury.
I have a no touch technique, it works with the Mind/Body connection. Since neurotransmitters bathe every cell in your bodyā¦which means every thought you think, every event you experience, everything you donāt resolve can present itself in the entirety of your body.
Which brings me to: when something major is happening in your life and you get injured around that same timeā¦sometimes our subconscious will learn how to do pain so well from the injury, to keep you paying attention. The problem is you might not be paying attention to the real problem that is causing the chronic pain.
