Karaoke Fun! Our residents grabbed the mic and sang their hearts out during karaoke today! From classic tunes to crowd favorites, the room was filled with music, laughter and pure joy. It’s always a good time when we come together to share songs and smiles!

We were hankerin’ for a good ol’ fashioned root beer float. It was a perfect addition to our Talk and Sip time. There was not a drop left, it tasted so good!!

Our residents had a blast playing ring toss today! Laughter, smiles, and a little friendly competition filled the room. It's always a joy to see everyone staying active and enjoying each other's company.

It was a beautiful day for the coast, so off we went! We enjoyed lots of sunshine, and it was very warm. It was a little windy, though. We watched the seagulls and waves. It was so relaxing. Then we went down the road to eat at Moe’s for some seafood. The portions were huge. Diane ordered a shrimp salad. What a way to spend the day. We are ready to go again!

Here at City Center, we have multiple events all throughout the year. We have had a grilling event, charcuterie board event, now this summer swing event. You don’t want to miss any of them. Our Sales Manager, Stacey Calhoun is always available for tours. The theme for these activities centers around food – what better way to come together! We had a great time!

Our residents had a wonderful time during our Saturday bingo game. The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and a little friendly competition. Congratulations to our four lucky winners who took home prizes and bragging rights! We love seeing our community come together for activities that spark joy and connection.

We had our barbecue Friends for Life luncheon with an ice cream bar. We had so many toppings it was hard to decide, but it sure was yummy! Then we had some wonderful singing. Joann’s son came to entertain us. Thank you!!

Soon after Golee moved into Brookdale Browns Creek, she looked across the dining table and saw a familiar face. Peggy had worked with her at a local school for more than 20 years, and they were reunited once again! Life had brought them full circle, and we can't wait to see them take on this new chapter together. 💙
