Happy Monday! Let’s talk about how breathing changes muscle tension 🌬️🧠
Som people try to relax by stretching harder or asking for deeper pressure — but breathing is often the missing piece.
When you breathe shallow and fast, your nervous system stays in “go mode.” ⚡
Muscles stay guarded, especially in the neck, shoulders, jaw, and hips.
Slow, intentional breathing sends a different message:
