Since the Pittsburgh area does its St Patrick’s Day celebrating the weekend before, you should be wide open to come join Kaylin Anne from Heal With Me LLC and I for a “Make your own Luck” soundbath, meditation and reiki.

We will begin with a brief meditation to settle into the moment. ✨ Then, create individual roller ball blends (5ml) using your own “lucky formula” choosing oils and setting intentions that feel right for you. 🍀

After that, we’ll move our bodies just a bit and settle onto yoga mats while Kaylin beautifully plays the sound bowls and other instruments. 🎶

We will focus our intentions on finding gratitude in our own luck while allowing the aromas, sounds and reiki to cleanse our souls. 💖

The goal is to leave the studio feeling relaxed and full of love and luck!

I am so excited to have my business in the town I lived in for the first 7 years of my life and have so many memories of.

You can now find me inside of located at 628 E. McMurray Rd. McMurray, PA 15317!

THIS SUNDAY!!!!!

Outdoor yoga and sound bath experience on June 25, 2023, where you can nourish your mind+body and grow.
Join us for an afternoon of Nourish & Grow Outdoor Yoga and Sound Bath, where we'll connect with nature and our inner selves.

Our yoga practice will be led by a certified instructor, Samantha Adams, and will be suitable for all levels. We'll flow through poses that will help us ground, stretch and strengthen our bodies.
We'll also practice mindfulness and breathing exercises that will help us connect with the present moment.

After our yoga practice, we'll be treated to a Sound Bath experience.

A Sound Bath is a form of meditation where participants lie down and relax while being bathed in the sounds of different instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. The vibrations of the instruments are said to help calm the mind and body, and promote healing.

This event is child friendly 5+ years old and will include light snacks and beverages.

Weather permitting we will be outside if not we can shift inside

This event is the perfect opportunity to take some time for yourself, connect with others, and experience the healing power of nature and sound. Come join us!
