Hello Lakeview community!
It’s been a minute since I have posted but I wanted to let you all know what’s coming up for me and my teachings!

I will be guest teaching at Indigo on Main on Monday Feb 24th from 5:30-6:30. Sign up on the link below or just drop in! This class will be a slow flow for all levels! Coat is $15 or class passes for the studio can be used.

I’d love to see you at this amazing studio! Street parking is free and abundant.

I am also planning an amazing workshop with my good friend Tiffany. This workshop is geared towards those with Fibromyalgia but is really open to anyone. It will be Sunday March 2nd from 10-11:30. This class will be mindful stretch, yin and restorative. Stay tuned for more details and to sign up! Cost will be $25

As we head into December, I wanted to update you all on the official closing date for the studio space. December 21st will be our last day of operations. I will be hosting a restorative practice from 9a-10a designed to get you ready for the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Following that, we will have light refreshments as we say "see you soon". Even if you can't make it to class, I'd love to see you! I truly appreciate the support you all have shown me this past year and a half. It has truly been an honor to meet and teach every one of you. Stay tuned to this social media as I begin to transition. Good things will come in 2025!

I posted this on my business page last night, but wanted to share with my friends as well. There is still 7 weeks to come and practice with us! Come on out and bring a friend or two!

The time has come...I finally am feeling ready to announce that Lakeview Yoga Studio is closing the physical space effective 12/30. I did not come to this decision easily. I have reflected on this for many months before I made this decision. Being a business owner is messy, hard and lonely. But, I am so glad I did jump into this. I have learned so much and grown so much.
I truly love teaching and I love this community. I can not thank you all enough for your support over the past year and a half. It has meant so much to me and our instructors.
We will continue our schedule until 12/30. Drop in classes are available as well as 5 class passes.
So what's next?? I have not quite figured that out. But I know this, I love teaching and I am hopeful I will find another space to do just that. I am going to take a little time to be a student again. I will be visiting Indigo on Main and the Shanti Center to take classes. I encourage you to join me. These studios are amazing!
