Last week, we celebrated Nurses Week with a little something special for the incredible nurses who care for our residents each and every day 💙🍕

Our admin team hosted a build-your-own pizza party fresh out of the pizza ovens with all the toppings! It was a small way to say THANK YOU for the compassion, dedication, teamwork, and heart our nurses bring to Peters Township Post Acute every single day.

Yesterday, we had the honor of welcoming Senator Bartolotta and PHCA's Director of Government Affairs, Angela Zaydon, to our facility. We were pleased to offer them a guided tour and introduce them to our remarkable residents and dedicated staff.

During their visit, we engaged in meaningful discussions on critical policy matters, including the budget adjustment factor and Medicaid pending cases. These topics directly impact the well-being of our residents and our ability to sustain the high standard of care they deserve.

Senator Bartolotta has been a passionate advocate for stable Medicaid funding, and her commitment to Pennsylvania's long-term care community is truly felt. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication to this cause and for taking the time to visit our facility, listen to our concerns, and champion the needs of our residents. Her advocacy makes a real difference in the lives of those we serve, and we look forward to continuing this important relationship.
