Nelson County Health System holds the sub-license for the state. Only one sub-license is granted per state and only one Master Champion.

Is your child ready for the upcoming sports season or do you still need to schedule that sports physical?

Physicals can be completed at NCHS Clinics in McVille M-F 8am-4:30pm (701-322-4347) or Michigan (701-259-2118) T & Th 9am-3:00pm with Mike Hammer DNP, FNP-BC or Stephanie Slivnik DNP, FNP-BC.

* $35.00 with no insurance (cash or check only due at the time of visit).

* Have insurance – most will cover one preventative/well-child visit a year, check with your insurance. You MUST state that you are requesting a preventative/well-child visit at the time of scheduling.

** MENU UPDATE **

Thanks to your feedback, we have made some modifications to our Picnic in the Park menu for the remainder of the season.
