Spring cleaning, but don’t skip the medicine cabinet.
Unused or expired medications tend to get overlooked, but they can pose real risks if left sitting around the house.
While tossing them in the trash might seem easy, it’s not the safest option for your home or the environment.
There’s a better way to clear them out safely, quickly, and right from home.
This season, clean with intention.

Summertime is here and that means more ATVs will be in use. While ATVs can be used for both work and recreational purposes, they can be very dangerous to operate for youth. Being properly trained helps make using an ATV safer and also compliant with our North Dakota state law. There will be several ATV safety courses offered in our Safe Kids Grand Forks service area this summer (and in other areas of the state). Check out this link to get your youth registered if they will be using these devices.

Our thoughts matter because they have a significant impact on our emotions, behaviors and overall well-being.
Whether you see things as sad or happy, hopeful or hopeless, and whether you're open to love or close it off—it's all guided by your brain. And this shapes your experiences, relationships and life based on what you give your attention to.
When you're feeling "this is too much," for example, try asking yourself, "What do I need?"
