School-Based Health Centers (SBHC) are health centers that provide the students and school staff with on site medical and behavioral health care. Some of the services offered are well-child exams, sports physicals, sick visits, laboratory services, vaccinations, allergy injections, chronic care management, and counseling. When your child has a visit at the SBHC, they are not considered absent from
class/school.
