Today’s "Lift Safety Boot Camp" at Brundage Mountain Resort brought together an inspiring group of women from Mountain Operations teams at Brundage (Patrol & Activity Barn), Tamarack (Lift Operations), and Sun Valley (Lift Operations)!

It’s amazing to see women thriving and leading in roles where representation is growing but still uncommon. These trailblazers are shaping the future of our industry and paving the way for even greater diversity in operational roles. A huge thank you to our employers for investing in us and safety! 💪 "
