Our annual Partner Yoga Workshop is coming up February 13th at 6pm! This playful 90-minute workshop is a great way to explore mindful movement using both the support and resistance of a partner. It also provides a unique opportunity to explore trust and communication with your partner. We have such a fun time with this one every year — you won’t want to miss it. Grab a friend, favorite human, or partner (no yoga experience required) and make sure you both register separately through either our website or the MINDBODY app to reserve your spots.
