For the past few months I have been working with a spirit in a very casual and yet helpful way.
Most nights, when we meet, she asks me:
"What did you learn today?"

It has become a great process that has brought a lot of gratitude and healthy perspective into my life.

I just thought I'd share what I learned today:

Just because you haven't finished something doesn't mean you have failed.

And just because you feel bad or unhealthy, at any point, does not mean that you are broken.

Just FYI:
Objects in space move due to solar winds.

Not like here on Earth. Where objects move due to currents of fire, water, or wind; or shifting tectonic plates.

So the greatest moving force in the cosmos is light. Light moves much more mass and creates more narratives than any ocean; any mountain; any Windstream of air.

Now go forth and change some s**t.
Be the light... Hold it. Share it.

For all of you that don't know:

I just acquired a new job that will allow me to fully reopen my business and live a life with much more contentment and prosperity.

So I decided to celebrate with a steak dinner!

It's all going to be greater than you expect!

Today I am celebrating 1 year of full sobriety.
Over the past 15 years I have shed all other addictions and today marks the anniversary when I stopped actively participating in an abusive relationship with cannabis.

Cannabis is a really good medicine and helps so many people. Like all medicines, there is a particular frequency, intention, and dosage that goes along with it.

A year ago today, I took right action after accepting that my dosage and frequency was never and none at all. And that my intention was to run from a loving and healthy relationship with myself, my environments, my community, and others.

Also note that it was I that was abusing this plant medicine and myself: not the other way around.

In the midst of many life changes I am proud of and elated with myself.
Today I am more myself than ever before and the wondrous doors of life and fulfillment are open wide.

Thank you all for being a part of my journey and allowing me to be a part of yours.

Feels so good to finally be out of my old apartment. I lit a fire under the ripening moon; smudged the place; and drove towards my new place with the thunder beings making silent, pink blossoms of light throughout the clouds filled evening.
Life is good. 😊
