Often, people ask me if they need a Doula if they decide to have an epidural. I don't think I'll ever change my mind on this but yes, absolutely! Having an epidural does not mean that you need to just lay in bed in the same position. You can still use different positions to get and keep baby in optimal positioning. You can use peanut balls, yoga balls, or the amazing CUB for many of these positions
