Breathing... such a natural thing to do but when we are in pain or have fear, it's a natural reaction to tense up. During labor, we naturally tense up which can put our bodies into fight or flight mode. Breathing techniques can help to ease anxiety, reduce tension, provide enhanced control and focus, and can help aid in reducing fatigue.

👋 Hi, Friends!

So I’ve had some questions recently about the studio so I thought I would make a post to help!

Q: How many people can I bring to the studio? Are my children allowed to come?
A: Yes! We encourage you to bring your family, including children, and friends along to share this special moment together! We have seating for 9 but all are welcome as long as they’re okay with standing!

Q: Should I come with a full bladder?
A: Only time we ask for a full bladder is if you’re 10 weeks or less. Otherwise you can empty your bladder before your session.

Q: Do I have to pay extra for 3D/4D/HD?
A: Nope! All of our packages include 3D/4D/HD!

Q: Do you print out pictures or are they digital only?
A: We always send you home with prints in hand! Each package has different amount of printed pictures but you will always leave the studio with pictures in hand and then receive a same day email with all of your pictures and videos!
