One of the reasons I became a massage therapist is because receiving massage has helped me manage my tension headaches and migraines tremendously throughout the past decade.

My headaches often flare up from stress and overstimulation. Last night, I worked closing shift at the restaurant — both stressful & overstimulating. This morning, I was so grateful to be in my cozy office, laying on my cervical acupressure cushion, finding headache relief before I began to help others find relief, too.

If you get headaches, come see me in my cave here at The Salty Spa Meadville. It’s quickly become my favorite place to decompress. Even a 30 minute session can be greatly beneficial to your mind and body.

Here is her bio:

Hello everyone! My name is Lexi and I will be offering massage therapy services at The Salty Spa SOON (February)! I am passionate about therapeutic massage and working to help you feel good even after you leave my table. I love to incorporate cupping, aromatherapy, and sound work into my bodywork sessions when I get the chance. I prioritize making my workspace a safe space where you feel can truly let your tension melt away.
I am also grateful to have this space to bring back sound work to The Salty Spa with my crystal singing bowls and other instruments.
