What does it cost you to ignore your health when you’re a high achiever?

Let’s be honest- Some of you wear exhaustion like a badge of honor.

You call it discipline.
You call it drive.
You call it “just a busy season.”

But your body calls it stress.

Inflammation.
Hormone disruption.
Sleep deprivation.
Burnout loading…

High achievers don’t struggle with laziness.
They struggle with permission to rest.

Some of the invisible scars of 911 explained in under two minutes.

People acknowledge fire and police, even sometimes ambulance, but often forget dispatch. These are the faceless, hidden figures that help guide us during some of the darkest times.

Please take a few minutes to listen and understand just a little of what they sacrifice, tag anyone I missed or don’t know, and share with others.

(And for the love of god, if you meet someone who tells you they work for 911, stop asking them ‘what’s the worst call you ever took?’ ). 🤦‍♀️
