We love learning new things at Juniper Village, and our latest venture into soap-making was a fragrant success!

We had so much fun customizing each bar with dried flowers, herbs, and essential oils. Every creation turned out beautifully unique and smelled absolutely fantastic!

What a wonderful way to combine creativity, wellness, and a little luxury.

This January, Juniper is proud to shine our Resident Spotlight on Marshall Mansfield. At 93 years young, Marshall is a testament to a life built on faith, family, and resilience. Originally from Oil City, PA, Marshall’s journey has been defined by his devotion as a husband and father, and his incredible energy—he enjoyed outdoor activities and even played softball until age 92!

Since moving to Juniper Village, Marshall has become a cornerstone of our community. He stays active in exercise classes and is known for his heartfelt advice: stay active, be kind, and "let God carry the load." We are honored to have such a dedicated "friend to all" in our community.

Our January Associate Spotlight shines bright on Jill Shaffer, a Senior Med Tech and a true cornerstone of our Wellness Team! This month, we proudly celebrate Jill’s incredible 20-year anniversary with Juniper Village.

Jill’s warmth, positivity, and commitment to excellence earned her the title of Associate of the Year for 2024. Whether she’s leading by example, pitching in wherever needed, or participating in our community dress-up days, she brings an unmatched energy to everything she does.

Jill believes the secret to deep bonds is simple: laughter. Her favorite part of the day? A nightly ritual of sharing an “I love you” with a special community member before heading home—a small gesture that reminds her why she loves what she does.

Her advice to new associates after two decades of service? “Take your time, ask questions, and don’t be afraid to ask for help.”

Jill, thank you for 20 years of dedication, resilience, and love. You truly make Juniper Village feel like home!

What a Wonderful Family Christmas at Juniper Village at Meadville!

We had such a great time celebrating together! The delicious food prepared by Chef Lori and her amazing team was a true highlight. The decorations were absolutely beautiful, creating a festive and cozy atmosphere. The music by Kurt Nova Elvis Lives helped set the perfect mood for the evening, and our talented community members delighted us with beautiful music from the Bell Choir.

Thank you to everyone who attended and made this celebration so special. From all of us at Juniper Village, Merry Christmas!
