Thankful Thursday Spotlight

Today, we're shining a light on an extraordinary member of our Juniper team, Oceanna Marin! As a Wellness Associate, Oceanna has been with us for nearly two fantastic years. Even though she usually graces the night shift, her warmth and dedication are felt throughout our community at all hours.

Community members absolutely love Oceanna for her unwavering commitment and the genuine care she brings to every interaction. Her ability to make everyone feel valued and supported is truly remarkable. Oceanna, we are so grateful to have you as a vital part of our Juniper family!

We had an absolute blast during our Kids Camp. Our young visitors joined us for exercise class, got creative building robots, made slime, and explored the wonders of geodes, even cracking them open to see the magic inside!

It was such a joy to spend time with our new friends and share laughter, learning, and lots of smiles.

Thank you to everyone who made this week so special, we’re already looking forward to the next adventure!

Friday Funday: Christmas in July!

We had another amazing Friday Funday here at Juniper Village at Meadville, and this time the theme was Christmas in July!

Our associates and leadership team went all out, from festive outfits to holiday cheer, they truly brought the magic of the season to life (even in the summer heat!).

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so merry and bright. We love celebrating with our Juniper family!

We’re absolutely in love with this stunning quilting and embroidery project crafted by our very own Nancy Leech! Her talent shines through every stitch—and we especially adore how she included Miles the giraffe and the playful phrase “Get On Our Level.”

Nancy’s creativity brings joy and personality to our community every day. Thank you for sharing your beautiful work with us!

Cooking Club Adventures! Community members got creative in the kitchen with TWO incredible pizza styles: a savory vegetable pizza and a sweet, juicy fruit pizza. Both were as fun to make as they were delicious to eat! Who knew pizza could be this versatile and colorful?

Watermelon Month = Sweet Summer Success!

This week’s happy hour at Juniper Village took a juicy twist with a watermelon theme, and it was a hit! Chef Lori hooked us up with fresh slices of watermelon, watermelon margaritas, watermelon fruitscato, and cranberry-watermelon juice.

And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, she surprised us with freeze-dried watermelon candy crisp, sweet, and totally delicious.

Perfect weather + perfect treats = a perfect afternoon. Thanks to everyone who joined us in soaking up the summer vibes!
