🌟 Meet Brady! 🌟
Brady is a senior at Saegertown High School with big plans for the future — he’s pursuing a career in optometry! 👓

This summer, Brady spent time with us learning the ropes as a technician and is now part of our optical department. He’s passionate about using his talents to serve his community and others. Having been on an international medical mission trip, it is evident he has the heart for helping and serving others. Though all of this, he’s developed a deep appreciation for just how amazing the human eye truly is.

At school, Brady leads as president of Campus Club, plays on the trivia team, and fills his free time making music — especially jazz piano. 🎶 Outside of school, he’s active in his church’s youth group and worship team, where he loves serving alongside his church family.

Next fall, Brady plans to attend Cedarville University to major in Pre-Med/Molecular Biology before heading to optometry school. We’re so proud of him and can’t wait to see all he accomplishes! 👏

💙 Community Spotlight: Shelter Area Meadville (SAM) 💙

Each quarter, our teams at Vision Source Meadville, Vision Source Titusville and Oil City Eye Associates chooses a local organization to support — one that’s making a real impact in the lives of people right here in our community.

For our 3rd quarter giving, we were honored to donate to SAM- Shelter Area Meadville, part of the Erie United Methodist Alliance (EUMA). SAM provides life-saving overnight shelter, food, and compassion to our friends & neighbors in Crawford County when the temperatures drop below 25°F.

It’s not just a place to stay — it’s a place of safety, warmth, and dignity. Every night SAM is open, volunteers greet guests with kindness, help serve meals, and make sure everyone has a clean, safe space to rest.

‼️But right now, SAM needs our community’s help more than ever!!

Volunteers are the heart of this mission — and there are many opportunities to get involved. Whether you can help serve snacks, stay overnight, prepare supplies, or lend a listening ear, your time truly matters.

A volunteer training session will be happening in November, so if your heart’s been nudging you to get involved, this is the perfect opportunity! Keep an eye on the Shelter Area Meadville page for exact dates and details.

We’re so proud to support an organization that’s doing such meaningful work — and we encourage anyone who can to step in and make a difference alongside them. Together, we can help keep our neighbors safe and warm this winter. ❄️
