Embassy of Park Avenue provides 173 beds specifically for; in-patient rehabilitation (PT, OT & Speech Therapies). Our therapists use a vast array of therapeutic modalities, with a focus on getting patients home sooner and decreasing returns to the hospital. We also offer skilled nursing, and a secure memory care unit, servicing the tri-county area. We specialize in respite stays for families and f

riends needing coverage for a loved one. With over 200 employees, we provide quality care at Embassy of Park Avenue Extension.
