A little secret or not so secret about your therapist here is that I am a HUGE buffalo bills fan. I grew up listening to the games on my dad’s radio, having him throw me around to the Shout song when they scored, and eventually attending game after game with him. So here is a little reminder from one (there are many) of the coolest Buffalo Bills player…

Snow snow snow!! ❄️ ❄️ ❄️

Remember if you’re not wanting to go out in the cold that is fine. You can switch your appointment to virtual or just give me a heads up if you want to cancel.

This is a very busy time of year, in fact I have a list of people waiting to fill cancellation spots. The $50 no show fee has and will continue to be enforced as that is a slot that someone else would gladly take. Please be considerate and just send a text if you can’t make it even if it’s less than 24 hours in advance. 😃

Stay warm ❄️

As we go into Thanksgiving break here is some food for thought…

As parents it is not about what we feel but what our kids feel. If you remember that, I guarantee you’ll work hard at making sure not to shame your children and instead show up as a consistently safe person in their lives.

We are not born knowing how to navigate life. Parents, teachers, relatives, and professionals can help kids learn the way to cope with big feelings and thought patterns.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Wow! I have received so many new referrals in the past two weeks that I need to stop accepting new clients. It goes against my mission as a therapist to have a “waitlist” so I feel I need to be transparent here. With the holidays approaching it will definitely limit my availability as well.

To those looking to start therapy - Please, if you are not in dire need of therapy send me a message closer to the new year and I’ll let you know what my availability looks like.

For current clients - some are already booking into December so bring your December calendars to sessions so we can make sure you have sessions scheduled.

No show policy- Due to the demand for sessions and your session time being designated solely for you , all no show fees will be strictly enforced moving forward.

If you have any questions, please reach out!
