Congratulations to BAYADA Division Director Dean Drizin on his promotion to Commander (CDR) in the U.S. Navy Reserve!

In 2024, Dean was honored as Flight Surgeon of the Year across the entire Naval Reserve for his outstanding service with Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 60 (HSM-60) at NAS Jacksonville.

We were honored to celebrate the very best in home care advocacy at the Hearts for Home Care Ambassador of the Year Awards! This special evening recognized eight incredible ambassadors for their tireless efforts this past year to advance home care priorities at both the state and federal levels. 🌟

The night was made even more meaningful as David Totaro, BAYADA’s Chief Government Affairs Officer and President of Hearts for Home Care Advocacy, received a Lifetime Achievement Award honoring nearly 20 years of visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to home care advocacy.

Our Hawaii behavioral health team came together to attend the Hawai'i Association for Behavior Analysis (HABA) 2025 Convention. They enjoyed connecting with the community, learning, collaborating with fellow attendees, and celebrating the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

BAYADA client Aspen finally made her way home after 322 days in the NICU. She is now reunited with her big sister and twin, who are both equally excited to have her home. Through every challenge, Aspen showed incredible strength and is ready to begin her next chapter outside the walls of the hospital.

We are grateful for all the BAYADA nurses—including Ashlee, Alyssa, Schonda, Katelyn, Stacey, and Nicole—who worked together to prepare Aspen and her family for this transition and to ensure she has the care she needs. We look forward to Aspen’s journey and to all the milestones and memories she will make at home, where she belongs. ❤️
