What are Spirit Guides? One of the things I do in my sessions and workshops is help people better know and "hear" their spirit guides. Your guides very much want to communicate with you in a way you understand and help keep on the path your soul desires for this life. During sessions I open the floor for your guides to come in and tell you what you most need to hear at this time. They can't interfere with your free will but can give you a better perspective or remind you of what you already know, but have forgotten, to assist you in getting through life's challenges and reminding you of how far you've come!
