We are hiring and have the following positions open:
Behavior Consultant (BC - Openings for licensed and non-licensed)
The Behavior Consultant is a mental health professional with a graduate degree. The Behavior Consultant must meet one of the following: have a Behavior Specialist License, have a certification as a BCBA or other graduate level certification in behavior analysis, have a graduate degree in ABA, a minimum of 1 year of full time experience in providing mental health services to children and a graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Counseling or a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and a graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling or related field. Behavior Consultants that provide services to clients with an Autism Spectrum Disorder must be a licensed Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, Social Worker, Behavior Specialist, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services.
Responsibilities:
· Development and revision of the Individual Treatment Plan
· Oversight of the implementation of the ITP.
· Development of data collection methods and review of data collected by Behavioral Health Technicians
· Participation in annual trainings
· Clinical direction of services to a child, youth, or young adult
· Consultation with a child, youth or young adult’s treatment team regarding the ITP

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
Associates in Counseling and Child Guidance has immediate openings for Behavioral Health Technicians in many areas of Crawford county. Daytime and evening hours available in Meadville and surrounding areas. Hours are available in the school, in the home, and in the community. Schedule is flexible, full- and part-time hours available.
The person in this position provides one-to-one mental health interventions in the home, school, or community to children and adolescents who have mental health diagnoses.
Responsibilities:
Provide face-to-face behavioral interventions
Implement Individualized Treatment Plans
Deliver and model treatment interventions
Provide positive reinforcement to the clients and their families
Utilize professional boundaries with all clients and families
Qualifications:
Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma. Two years of experience working with children is preferred but not required.

Behavior Intervention Specialist II (BIS II)
The SMART Behavior Intervention Specialist II has a minimum of one-year supervisory experience and three years clinical experience including working in a CASSP system. This position functions as an assistant to the Clinical Manager, is responsible for managing a case load of up to twenty-five (25) students and has the ability to provide interventions for any student. The BIS II is a master's level child/adolescent mental health clinician, knowledgeable of psychopharmacology, skilled with treatment plan development, skilled with individual and group therapy, skilled with the application of Behavioral Modification, knowledgeable of Functional Behavior Assessment, knowledgeable of a variety of standardized assessment tools and has knowledge of child development.
Responsibilities:
· Designs behavioral interventions in collaboration with the family, treatment team, and school for a maximum of twenty-five (25) students
· Treatment/crisis/disposition plan development for a maximum of twenty-five (25) students
· Development of mental health curriculum including all psychoeducational groups
· Individual therapy
· Supervision of daily groups
· Crisis intervention
· Supervises and provides clinical guidance for the BIS I
· Administrative and clinical liaison to the SBBH school district administration
· Data collection and model evaluation
· Attends the monthly Family Night
· Implement school-based treatment behavioral health treatment plans
· Track measurable objectives
· Document treatment activities and responses
· Communicates overall progress through written and oral reports
· Attends clinical team meetings
· Maintain students’ behavioral health paperwork/records

Behavior Intervention Specialist I (BIS I)
Associates in Counseling and Child Guidance has immediate openings for a full time Behavior Intervention Specialist I for our school based program (SMART). This position is full time, with 10 weeks paid vacation. It is stationary in 1 of 3 elementary schools in Meadville, Pa. Our BIS I staff work on a team providing mental health groups and interventions to students in our school based programs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily therapeutic groups
Implement Individualized Treatment Plans
Deliver and model treatment interventions
Provide positive reinforcement to the clients and their families
Utilize professional boundaries with all clients and families
Qualifications
Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma. One year of experience working with children is required.
