National Social Worker Month 🫶🏼

We would like to introduce you to our social worker here at MCH. Beatrice "Bea" Jenkins is a 1999 graduate of Franklin County High School. She is a 2004 graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi where she received a Bachelor's in Business. She later obtained a Nursing Degree from Copiah Lincoln Community College. Lastly, she holds a Doctorate of Theology from Kingdom Theological Seminary. She has served as Social Service Director for the past 2years, after previously serving for 3 years at our sister facility. Bea is definitely a people person with a huge personality and has a heart for the job. So, without further ado, we would like to wish Bea a very HAPPY SOCIAL WORKER MONTH!

Mardi Gras at Meadville 2026
PART 1

This was our 3rd year to have Light Of Entertainment, LLC in the building. Our residents look forward to this every year!

10am activity we had King Cake Social! (King cakes donated by Dakota Brier White with Compassus Hospice)

1:30 our Mardi Gras King & Queen led our parade into the dinning room. (Thank you to Morgan Rowell Boyd with Deaconess Hospice for making sure each resident was ready to roll)

2:00 We had the best entertainment group leading us all in a grand time.

A big thank you to Christina Brand with Wild Blush Photography for providing these photos. We have more to come that were taken by Shelbi Channell as well. We were so thankful they both volunteered last minute to capture priceless memories of such a great day!
