Our Meadville food pantry is moving. We will be closed temporarily during this transition. The closure will only affect two regular service days, Thursday, August 14th & Monday, August 18th. We will reopen on Thursday, August 21st at our new location at 205 Walnut St. Meadville. Please plan your August visit accordingly. The new location provides easier access being downtown. This scholarship is designed to support dedicated educators who go above and beyond to create meaningful learning experiences for their students. Whether you need supplies, technology, books, or tools for a special project, we’re here to help bring your vision to life.

📌 Scholarship Details:

Amount: One scholarship at $500

Eligibility: Open to current K–12 teachers in Crawford, Mercer and Erie county.

Use of Funds: Classroom supplies, educational resources, student activities, or project materials

Deadline to Apply: August 15th, 2025

Submit a short application detailing your teaching role, how you plan to use the funds, and the impact it will have on your students.

The registry is open to all age groups. A special need may be any physical, mental, or behavioral condition or disability that may hinder someone from quickly leaving their home during an emergency.

Notify dispatchers and 911 emergency response services if you or someone in your family requires special or additional support in police, fire, or medical emergencies.
Here are some examples of individuals who may need special support during an emergency:

Children and youth with special needs (physical, mental, behavioral, etc.)
Individuals with disabilities
Individuals with chronic illnesses
Individuals with mental health disorders
Elderly individuals
People who do not speak English
