It is cold and flu season. Most illnesses this time of year are viral. Antibiotics do not treat viral infections. Viruses can last 10-14 days. The best way to treat a virus is to boost your immune system with zinc 30-50 mg daily, Vit C 500 three times per day, L-Lysine 1000 mg daily and Black cumin seed oil twice per day. We are accepting donations to purchase antibiotics, epi pens, albuterol inhalers, steroids. lidocaine, benadryl and suture supplies. I have heard a few endocrinologists tell patients they don't need progesterone if they had a hysterectomy. What they don't need is progestin, which is synthetic. Progesterone can provide symptom relief from sleep disturbance and mood instability, and increasing evidence support that it offers tissue protection to the breast.
