How do you use them?
Diffuse them leading up to fireworks.

Let's talk SUNBURNS and options because you have so many with your oils! 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

#1 is the After Sun Spray from doTERRA but there are so many other doTERRA options!

The top oils are Lavender, Peppermint, Tea tree, Frankincense and Helichrysum. You can use any of these oils alone or together with fractionated coconut oil (FCO). You can order the FCO from doTERRA. It is the liquid form of coconut oil.

Make your own sun relief spray in a bottle with fractionated coconut oil.
Or have the Beautiful spray, Verage serum or Correct X ointment (for your face) on hand.....they are excellent options too! See the results below.

If you don't have all of these oils, use the ones you have. Even lavender alone is very powerful.
Peppermint takes the heat out and cools your skin. You would think it would burn, but it is incredibly cooling just like it is for a fever. 😉

Frankincense amplifies the effects of the others and heals the skin, protecting it from sun damage.
Helichrysum is amazing for nerve pain and as an analgesic but also for healing damage, sun damage, scarring and wrinkles.
The Beautiful spray, Verage skincare and Correct X have many of these oils in them ready to use.

What if you don't have a spray bottle to make your own spray?
Throw them together in a container or repurpose a spray bottle.
No big deal! Just get them on your body.
It's that simple!
Just have lavender? Apply it frequently! Have Frank? Frank is a HUGE anti-inflammatory and remember, it amplifies the lavender's effects!
Add FCO to your hand, add a few drops of oil and start slathering it on.
The faster you get these oils on the sunburn, the faster you will have relief.

Boy, not my proudest moment.
It was so painful.
Here is what I learned..these oils gave me more relief than any other OTC product ever has.

You guys know the Terrashield comes in a spray and then you can refill it with the oil, right?
And they are safe for your furry friends!
Add a couple other oils and you have a tick repellant too!

First photo....some of our Disney/Florida week must haves.

We did three consecutive Disney days where I shut the park down with the boys and family. My hips were ACHING. My feet were KILLING me---more about that later....

Every night after the park, I took Copaiba softgels and slept like a rock because I was tired and the achy, hurt went away.

Back to the aching feet from Disney and the first photo...

🌱 Deep Blue rubbed onto aching heels and foot arches.

🌱 On Guard hand sanitizer and softgels because we touched all the things at Disney. Seriously. We used the sanitizer all day and took the softgels at night to counteract any germs we picked up. Who wants to pay all the money to go to Disney and get sick? NOPE.

🌱 Terrashield with added lemon eucalyptus to repel the bugs and a homemade anti-itch roller for when we didn't use the Terrashield. 😑

Does anyone LOVE these oils together as much as me?!?

We use them almost every morning to get Eb and Jess moving before school!

We get the respiratory benefit from the Peppermint and being alert. And you cannot be anxious or stressed in the presence of Wild Orange. Not possible!🥰

As a matter of fact, we have a special name for this combo....HAPPY CRACK!!
