Our Approach:
Speech Stars was founded by two clinicians that are passionate about providing the best quality care possible. The clinicians at Speech Stars love learning about and implementing new treatment methods and bring all they have to offer to your child and your family. We believe in individualized treatment and fun, engaging therapy that includes both the child and care giver from beginning to end.

We believe the best therapy outcome is when the clinician follows the child's lead while providing direction and positive encouragement.

We are nationally certified and state licensed for speech language pathology and are qualified to evaluate and treat a variety of speech and language disorders and delays including language delays, articulation and phonology delays, Apraxia, pragmatic delays, auditory processing disorder, and other communicative disorders.

We are SO PROUD of our fabulous & fearless Speech Stars’ owner, Jillian, as she receives a special Trailblazer award today! 🎉🥰

Blazing a trail involves cutting a new path that others can follow. This year’s class of Business North Carolina’s Trailblazers includes individuals who wanted to prove they could succeed where they grew up, and others who saw opportunities in their adopted hometowns.

This marks the eighth year Business North Carolina has created a list of thriving business owners and professionals under the age of 40 who work in cities and towns with fewer than 100,000 residents.

Jillian has devoted her entire life to her community, whether it’s through Speech Stars, serving on local committees, coaching youth sports (while reliving her glory days) and so much more! She provides a true example of having a servant’s heart, and everyone who knows her is blessed by the example she provides!

We could not be more grateful for her leadership day in and day out! We’re cheering from afar today as she receives this extra special, highly deserved honor! ✨🥳🩷
