Thank you all for your support of Starbuck's condition, The vet did not think he would be a good candidate for the surgery and the after care would be extensive if he made it out of surgery. Unfortunately, we made the decision to euthanize him , It is for the best, Sorry old man but now you can be free of your "ball and chain"

I have spent most of the afternoon in touch with the big Vet teaching schools ,,Va Tech, New Bolton , and Cornell and even the Pa State Lab in Harrisburg on which direction I should suggest the Non profit board should take on the treatment / termination of Starbucks plight with ongoing summer sore scaring. Va tech can do an operation like cancer removal for $7000. including recovery and hospital stay or I can ok having him put down for $700. There might be a possibility of him being donated for veterinary research🥲 and study. Or putting him down and having the Pa State lab do a necropsy and learn from that.. Should I take a vote?
